Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items damaged during transit or received incorrectly may be eligible for a return or exchange.
Please note: We do not accept returns on used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item:

- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
